System Constellations
Social and business
System Constellations can be used in any system to explore issues such as:
Why isn’t my business moving in the direction I would like?
How to make business more successful.
As an individual working in a business/organisation, what are the issues impacting my ability to perform at my best and what are the options to improve things?
Policy development for NGOs and Government.
Issues with workplace culture.
Relationships between stakeholders.
Blocks to engaging stakeholders or customers.
You can trial ideas and see how they are likely to impact on the business.
Constellations are a very effective process to explore issues in business/organisations to inform strategic direction. You can set up a representation of the business/organisation and see where the blocks are in getting the results you’re looking for and how to remove those blocks where possible.
System Constellations will give insight and information you can’t get easily in other ways. You can be creative and trial ideas, move the system around and see how it impacts on the desired outcome within a workshop setting.
They can also be used to help inform policy development in Government, as the issues are laid out with key stakeholders represented to see what their role needs to be for the best results.
Constellations can be used by communities and individuals to explore issues that are important to them. For example, engagement in education may be an issue a community is seeing young people struggle with.
